Facilities available under the scheme
• Financial assistance: Under this scheme, eligible women get financial assistance of up to ₹ 5000 to buy a sewing machine.
• Free training: Before getting a sewing machine, women are given free training to learn the nuances of sewing. The duration of training is 5 to 15 days,
• Only sewing machine After the application is approved, all the benefits can be availed which are sewing machine scheme.
Eligibility for the scheme
Like any other scheme, some eligibility conditions have been applied for the sewing machine scheme, which are as follows.
• The woman applying should be a citizen of India.
• The age of the woman should be between 18 to 40 years.
• Husband’s annual income should be less than ₹ 1.44 lakh (₹ 12,000 per month).
• Women from economically weaker sections are given priority.• Widows and disabled women can also apply for this scheme.

• Age certificate (birth certificate, school certificate)
• Passport size photos

• Caste certificate (if applicable)

How to apply online in Vishwakarma Silai Machine Yojana?
A portal has been created to fill the Yojana Online form under which interested women can apply for Silai Machine. The complete process of submitting online form for the scheme is as follows.
To avail the benefits of the scheme, interested women have to apply online.
Fill all the information in the application form correctly and carefully and attach all the required documents. The list of documents required for the sewing machine scheme is given above,
After filling the application, you have to wait for some time, as soon as your application is verified, you will be registered and after that you can apply for financial assistance and training under the scheme.
How to fill sewing machine scheme online form?
After submitting the online application, the officials related to the scheme will check your eligibility (information and documents filled in the form). If found eligible, you will be invited for sewing training. After successfully completing the training, you will be provided financial assistance to buy a new sewing machine and funds for the equipment required to start your business in the bank account.
